Packages will not be left by UPS without an adult signature and photo ID
UPS currently makes 3 attempts to deliver your package before returning it to our store. Shipping to a customers' place of employment or local UPS hub or UPS store is a more convenient and more inexpensive option for our customers for this that are not home during the day. Some residential deliveries are in the evenings but that will vary depending on your delivery area. Contact UPS at 1-800-PICK_UPS for more detailed delivery info for your shipping address. While we make every effort to ensure that deliveries do not come back to our store Newtonwines.com reserves the right to charge a $15 returned package fee to customers whose packages are returned to us as well an additional fee to reship (if needed)based on your shipping address.
Newtonwines.com also reserves the right to charge additional fees incurred by UPS for an incorrect address. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Oversized bottles and bottle weights may require an additional charge and we will attempt to contact you if your order requires such a charge. Your credit card will not be charged until we have correspondence with you first.

We offer 3 shipping options: We're in upstate NY so the west coast will be the longest transit once your order is shipped.
- UPS Ground - (2-7 business days in transit)
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day in transit)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days in transit)
- Store Pickup is available as well for local customers and customers traveling through town
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. Credit cards are charged on the day of shipment(exceptions to this include if we hold your order due to weather or other reasons requested by you). We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Newton Wines & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. We will contact you via phone and email to bring the error to your attention before editing, processing or canceling your order. You're credit card won't be charged at this point.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania,Texas and Utah. We also no longer ship to Illinois until code can be written to charge sales tax on shipping costs to Illinois residents. We apologize for the inconvenience.
