Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Rouge 2012

Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Rouge 750ML 2012
Sku: 10940

Looking at the 2012 reds, which were alltasted out of barrel, the 2012 Patelin de Tablas offers beautiful Grenache character with violet and floral-tinged aromas and flavors, medium body and loads of fruit and texture. It will be a delicious, easy-drinking blend geared for drinking over the coming 3-4 years. Drink 2014-2017.

Wine maker notes
The Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas is a blend of four red Rhone varietals: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Counoise. The wine incorporates fruit from several of the top Rhone vineyards in Paso Robles, each vineyard selected for its quality. Like many red wines from the Rhone Valley, it is based on the dark fruit, mineral and spice of Syrah, with the brightness and fresh acidity of Grenache, the structure and meatiness of Mourvedre and a small addition of Counoise for complexity.
