Tasting notes

A rigorous selection of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese form the basis for this ripe, yet complex wine. After 18 months in French oak barrels, the rich cassis and blackberry flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon are complemented by fragrant cherry, spice and smoke tones of Sangiovese in a concentrated wine with a polished texture, fine dry tannins and long lengthy finish.
