Tasting notes

This dry red is medium-bodied with a berry nose anda hint of vanilla. Well-balanced, soft in texture with complex flavor. A "Burgundian” style Pinot Noir.

Food pairing

Excellent with veal, roast beef, stew, oysters, hamburgers, lamb, Italian dishes or swiss and cheddar cheese.
