This new Reserve wine from the popular Australian Teal Lake label is a perfect example of the potential ofthis New World wine region. This wine is rich, smooth and polished,with intense and well-focused cur-rant, black cherry and chocolate fla-vors that are supported by subtle oak nuances in the back-ground. This Cab is supple and has a wonderful sense of har-mony. There is no question that this is the best Cabernet yet from this Australian winery. This wine is best served withfull flavored meat or chicken dishes.
