Cava made with a coupage of local Macabeu, Xarel.lo amb Parellada varieties. Thanks to its long breeding for a minimum period of 24 months, it reaches an extraordinary structure and a great bouquet. The smoothness and elegance of this cava makes it the best companion for any meal.

Technical notes

(40% Macabeu/40% Parellada/20% Xarello). The vines which average 30 years in age are planted on limestone and clay subsoil. The wine spends 12 months on the lees.
