The grapes are cultivated from vineyards located in Caucete, at 650 meters (2,133 feet) above sea level, in alluvial, sandy-textured soil. The vines are drip irrigated with snowmelt runoff from the Andes, providing the optimum amount of water to each plant. Vines are trained on trellis.

Wine maker notes
Pre-fermentative maceration is performed at 10C for 6 hours, and total maceration time is 22 days. After the wine leaves the vats, natural malolactic fermentation takes place. Alcohol fermentation took place at 16C for 14 days.

Technical notes
13.6% abv

Food pairing
This should be served chilled to harmonize the flavor and acidity. The ideal temperature is 8C - 10C. Pairs well with pork dishes.
