Wine maker notes

Select grapes were harvested, de-stemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation occurred in steel tanks, followed by a 12 day maceration period. The resulting wine was aged in American and French oak barrels for two years, followed by nearly four years of further refinement in the bottle prior to release.
