After establishing Quintessential Wines, a highly regarded importer of family-owned wineries, the Kreps family started another venture - Angel's Secret. These wines are made from grapes that are planted on steep, north-facing slopes of Shannon Ridge Ranch in High Valley, California. The vineyard is planted at elevations of 1,700-2,200 feet to permeable volcanic and red pumice stones and overlooks Clear Lake where cool maritime breezes create ideal growing conditions. The wines are crafted by second generation winemaker Robert Pepi.
