Another first release from Groom Wines. The grapes are grown in the trendy new region of South Australia - The Adelaide Hills. This cool climate region is ideally suited to Sauvignon Blanc grapes where low temperatures and long hang time produce stunning fruit driven wines. Made with no oak and no MLF this wine is pure Sauvignon fruit.

Tasting notes

The nose displays a combination of tropical fruits of banana, papaya, mango and kiwi. An elegant, crisp palate with a touch of residual sweetness. Soft, round flavors make this an ideal wine for immediate drinking.
