Tasting notes

Cachette Blanc de Blanc is golden yellow in color and has light, delicate bubbles. It has a fruity nose with notes of stone fruits of peach and apricot, giving way to a pleasant and soft palate.

Wine maker notes

The Airen grapes are carefully selected to extract the best aromas and flavors. The wine undergoes a natural fermentation using the Charmat method. The outcome is a youthful, floral wine with fruity aromas. The secondary fermentation takes place in small capacity vats creating finer bubbles.
